-The product(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you recive the product , in same condition as recived .

-Please note that custom made shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty .

-The products must not have not had the labels removed it should without any signs of wear or use such as creasing and scurffs on leather or shoe bottom sole or upper .

-Trying on the product method:for return or exchange reasons , please take care when first trying on your shoes . TRY on a carpeted surface to avoid any marking on the soles and avoid bending the feet to minimise creasing on the shoes .

-Colour variation : please note that slight colour variation does not constitude a fault . colour on our website will vary slightly depending how your monitor / cellphone screens is calibrated. moreover , we work with natural materials leather hides , each leather hide can vary and accepts antiques , creams/dyes differently a slight colour variation may occur , this is out of control , we do our best to keep this as consistent as possible .
